Hi everyone. I live in southern Arizona, and have 4 freshwater tanks at the moment. One 29gal is for the cichlids. That one is is our 'man cave' at the request of my son. I have an 80 gal show tank in the living room, it's occupants include..2 large silver dollars, 2 pearl, gourami, 2 drawf grouami, 3 red minor tetras, 3 long fin rosy barbs, 2 algae eaters, a pictus cat, a medium (about 7inches) pleco, and about 8 ghost shrimp. then there is the other 29 gal that is in the living room, it is more the community tank..guppies, platys, zebra danios, an otocinclus, and two snails. then there is the 55 gal...in my bedroom, there are 5 angels, a chocolate albino pleco, and algae eater, a betta, an albino cory, 4 neons, and 3 danios, and 3 large ghost shrimp. the angels are my favorite. i bought them from petsmart, very small, about the size of a nickel, and now they are bigger than silver dollars, and their fins are beautiful. there are 2 striped, onle half black, 1 is black and the last is marble.
one issue that i seem to be having is that there is one angel that is becoming dominate of one corner of the tank. and it runs off everyone else at feeding. to the point that i am feeding in all four corners so that the smaller of the angels can eat. they were all bought at the same time , and are basically the same size now, any suggestions?
thanks and i look forward to learning lots from everyone
