Put a few crystals of salt in the water. Do water changes every day adding the salt every time . Do this for about a week.

You don't need meds that can harm your (BB). Whisper is correct 1tsp NaCl per 5 gallons and raise the heat gradually to 86f . Make sure you dilute the salt and add it slowly over a few hours time.

Put the salt right in the container that you mix the water treatment in. Then it will be dissolved by the time you are ready to do your water change. Of Course you know you will use the aquarium salt.
